At UNIQSO, we strive to ensure your beauty and contact lens experience is flawless, offering a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on items in their original, unopened packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened vials, used cosmetics, or worn accessories.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team within 30 days of receiving your order, providing your order number and clear photos of the items you wish to return.
Approval and RMA
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide the specific return shipping address.
Secure Packaging
Carefully pack the unopened items in their original boxes to prevent damage during transit and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.
Inspection and Refund
After our warehouse team inspects the returned goods to verify their condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days.
